On 1 July 2022, TopoEverywhere, Omniscient and Ubysol, digital solutions developed in other Bouygues group innovation programmes, joined forces with COM’IN to create a leading player in the Constructech sector. Together, they can now address the main challenges facing construction companies and infrastructure managers, such as controlling environmental impacts, safety, occupational health, productivity, operations logistics and the sustainability of structures. This merger means that COM’IN will move up to a higher level, diversify its activities and adopt the new name of UBY.
